L'atenció personalitzada de tot el servei No hi ha ningú que parli espanyol i això dificulta la comunicació. He pagat amb targeta de crèdit i acabo de veure que m'han carregat dues vegades l'import de l'estada. Espero poguer-ho solucionar reclamant-ho al banc. |

Location, friendly & efficient staff, good breakfast, elegant enviroment Actual room (double superior facing the royal mews) was far more modest that the images on the site depict. Misleading pictures bring disappointment. Not a very clever hotel policy because other than that the room was indeed functional, clean, well mantained with elegant details |

excellent and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, central location, romantic atmosphere, room decor, bathroom amenities, fluffy towels and bathrobes, extra comfortable bed; I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone minor things: room could have been larger, but it had one mirror wall which made it look more spacious, no minibar |
